Linda Loses It...

I need some big time motivation to eat well, exercise and lose weight. I need something to help me do this, so I have decided to start another blog entitled "Linda Loses It...My Weight Loss Journey".

I wanted a place to vent, record and ramble about dieting, exercising and weight loss and didn't want to clog up this blog with that type of stuff.

So, if you are interested in checking my progress and ramblings over there, feel free. I need all the support I can get!!

It is great to hear from you that the people who want to lose weight must keep patience. If you are looking for some kind of motivation you required to keep on loosing weight then my weight loss can help you to great extent.

You should check out the link on my blog called the Buscuiteers! It is a group of a bunch of women and one guy and we all try to motivate each other, along with diet and exercise. If you are interested in joining, there is an e-mail on there! It has been great! I've been dieting since January and have lost almost 20 lbs! Of course we all fall off the wagon once in awhile, but when you have 10 other people motivating you, it helps big time! Check it out if you want!
