Two months of planning and now it is over.

What a wonderful, but exhausting weekend we had. Christmas was awesome. Alyssa showed interest in opening presents for a little bit each time, but overall just wanted a box to play with. She would get mad if we would take them away. She has so many new toys to play with.

She got this Ball Bopper toy. It blows air through the bottom and the balls shoot out of the top. Every time we turn it on, Alyssa gets scared and starts crying, (the scared cry). Weird, huh. I am sure she will get used to it and eventually love it.

When we were with my nephew, every toy Benjamin had, Alyssa would take from him. It starts already. I just love seeing them interact together. I think it is the cutest thing.

Santa was also good to me. I am now the proud owner of a digital camera!!! I am so excited. I have already taken over 50 pictures. I also got some new tennis shoes (badly needed). Hubby did a good job of picking them out. I also got a cat calendar (love it) and Bath and Body works soap, lotion, ect. There is more, but I can't list it all. Hubby always treats me so well at Christmas and I always suck. The biggest thing I got him was a video game. Sorry, honey, you are the best! (Although, the camera will get used by both of us).

I will have to learn how to hook up the camera to my computer so I can download pictures. I hope that it isn't too hard to figure out. I know that a plug will go somewhere from the camera to the computer, just have to figure out where!

We went over my uncles today for Christmas celebration. Gary wanted to drive separately in his truck (in case of getting called out). When we finally left it was dark and snowing pretty bad. On the way home I hit a patch of snow and slid around the road and ended up turning sideways and back. Luckily noone was around me, except for Gary who had control of his van. I was so scared of what could have happened, I cried for the entire trip home.

As for Gary's on-call, he was home by 4:30 on Christmas Eve, and was only out for a few hours Sunday morning. Overall it wasn't that bad although he was supposed to be off on Christmas Eve.
