Blanking out here

Sometimes I will sit and work and think about all the things I'd like to blog about. Sometimes I will think while I'm working out about things to blog about. But then I get on the computer I blank out.

So, I guess I will talk about the random things...

Morgan had her 4 month checkup last week. I was told to start rice cereal, but never got a chance to until just yesterday. She actually does pretty well. She gets pissed after about the 3rd bite that it isn't as instantly gratifying as a bottle is, but she doesn't have terrible tongue reflex action going on like Alyssa did at first. Morgan weighs 12 lbs and 2 oz. (Alyssa was 15.5 at 4 months). They were both the same height though. Both tall in the 75% for height. We think Morgan is teething, which I hadn't prepared myself for. Alyssa was 8 1/2 month before any teeth came along. I thought I had a few more months before those little buggers started popping up. We will see how long it take for them to actually poke through. So, my little peanut is growing up way too fast for me.

We got a date set for Morgan's baptism...August 13th and I am so excited about finally having this on the way. I am currently making up a personable invitation in photoshop for it. I think it is going to come out really cute too!! We are going to make a lunch tray and have different salads for our luncheon after the ceremony. Morgan is going to wear Alyssa's dress. I think that is very special that they get to share the same dress.

I went to my 10 year high school reunion. I was a little nervous about going. I actually almost didn't go, but a couple friends of mine said they were going and so at the last minute we decided to go. I had a really good time. I had wanted to lose a little more weight before I went, but decided that I am going to blow everyone away at the 15 year reunion!!

Gary is currently working with his dad on getting the electric installed in our garage. They put up the garage door opener tonight and I am so damn excited. I got one of the clickers for my car and in the winter I'm actually going to get to park in there! They did an awesome job and I am so proud of both of them for working so hard on this project. It looks like it is a pretty tough job. They have to hang the lights and then it is done! Then we will have to work hard to clean it up for the baptism party coming up. It is so exciting that everything is finally coming together.

Teething, uck!!! Going through it here as well!! Not enjoying it much myself!! lol All my kids started between 4 and 6 months, so I was expecting it. Good luck, hope you get better sleep then me!! Oh and I just now started Baby Boy on cereal on a regular basis. He loves it and the spoon. I actually gave him applesauce too, and he is eating it up!! So now we are going to try something different for next week. Maybe some other type of fruit!! But I still find myself being lazy and just nursing him because it's easier and more convenient for me. lol I need to stop that!!
